Repeals Hate Speech section saying harm is not needed for conviction of hate speech.
Preamble
WHEREAS the constitution states distress must be caused in order to convict based on speech
WHEREAS the criminal code shouldn't violate constitutional rights or requirements
Article 1 - Repeal
§1. Article 56a, §3.1 shall be hereby repealed<ref name="note">Article 56a§3.1 of what? The Senate sought to clarify this by motion on 22 September 2025, but such was vetoed on the same day. The entire act was later repealed, anyway.</ref>
Article 2 - Implementation
§1. This shall come into effect immediately upon passage
