Not Silly nor Fun but Whimsical (NSFW) Act 2025

Passed by the Senate on 13 October 2025, and signed by the President on 15 October 2025.

Preamble

WHEREAS it is necessary that SimDemocracy be Whimsical but not Silly nor Fun,

WHEREAS Thyme loves SimDemocracy.

Article 1

§1. The media-discussion channel in the General category shall be codified into law and may not be archived or deleted via Executive Order.

§2. The cemetery channel in the General category shall be codified into law and may not be archived or deleted via Executive Order.

§2.1. The “Zombie” role shall be renamed “Dissenting Ghoul”.
§2.2. Only people with the Dissenting Ghoul role may see and speak in the cemetery channel.

§3. The positivity channel in the General category shall be codified into law and may not be archived or deleted via Executive Order.

§4. “Bullets With Butterfly Wings” by The Smashing Pumpkins shall be recognized by SimDemocracy as a good song with international impact on the queer community.

Article 2

§1. Executive Order 122-04, “The League of Servers” is repealed and SimDemocracy shall begin the process of leaving the League of Servers.
