Preamble

Whereas the holding cell is lonely,

Where most prisoners are just lil guys

Article 1

§1. Arrested members of SimDemocracy who are deemed to be harmless by a law enforcement officer may allow them to call in a non-arrested member for conversation either for a limited amount of time or indefinitely.

§2. The time period they are allowed into the \#holding-cell channel shall be at the discretion of the law enforcement officer.

Article 2

§1. Members of SimDemocracy may apply to a law enforcement officer to be let into the holding cell at a fee.

§2. The law enforcement officer shall have discretion on whether to let them in based on whether it is safe to do so.

§3. The law enforcement officer shall increase the fee by 20% each time a person asks to be let into the holding cell channel that month.

§4. The fee shall be dependent on how interesting the holding cell channel would be to a reasonable person.

§5. The law enforcement officer may allow them in for a time between 24 hours and indefinitely. The fee shall reflect how long they have been granted access.
