Preamble

Whereas Constitution directly violates itself;

Whereas some things are not addressed in the Constitution;

Random Constitutional Fixes Amendment

Article 1: Amendments

§1. Article 1 §2.3. of the Constitution shall be amended to say: ”§2.3. Electoral function, to confirm the judges and justices of the judiciary and confirm the executive officers of the departments of the executive.”

§2. A new §2.3.1. shall be inserted into Article 2 of the Constitution below §2.3. and it shall read: “§2.3.1. The Vice President shall conduct an election for the new Speaker.”

§3. A new §6.2.1. shall be inserted into Article 2 of the Constitution below §6.2. and it shall read: “§6.2.1. Speaker Pro Tempore shall be first elected Senator for that term.”

§4. Article 29 §2.1. of the Constitution shall be repealed in its entirety.

§5.”Despite Article 29,” shall be inserted at the beginning of Article 32 §1. of the Constitution.
