Author: hmquestionable
Article 1: Amendment
§1. A new section 7 shall be created in Article 21 of the Constitution, which shall read:
“§7. No person shall be required to testify to anything which may expose them to criminal liability §7.1. To avoid doubt, this section does not prevent the state from compelling a person to turn over documents, logs, or other material that may be incriminating, if the state has reasonable cause to believe that such incriminating material exists.”
