Preamble

Whereas The right to Risistas has been infringed;

And Whereas The right to Risistas shall not be infringed;


THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS

Article 1: Right to Risistas and Risistasboard

§1. Every person shall have the right to use the Risistas emoji and to experience the feeling of Risistas.

§2. Upon the passage of this Act, the Discord Supervisor shall set up a channel directly under or above the #starboard channel named “risistasboard”, and shall use a bot to repost messages which obtain 5 reactions with the “risistas” emoji to that channel.

§3. The channel shall not be deleted without the repeal of this Act, notwithstanding any other written law providing for the deletion of channels, or executive order.

§4. The “risistas” emoji shall not be edited or deleted without the repeal of this Act.
