Article 1: Amendments

§1. The Executive Act is amended by –

§1.1. Amending Article 6 §2. to read::
    “§2. The SDBI shall be led by the SDBI director, a Deputy Executive Officer who shall be nominated by the Attorney-General and approved by a majority of the Senate. The SDBI Director may only be dismissed by the President.”

§2. The amendment made in §1.2 of the Criminal Code (Amendment) Act shall be undone.
