JUDGMENT by Judge ppatpat

Introduction

[1] This matter comes before the SimDemocracy Inferior Court (SDIC) for sentencing following the certification of an egregious Terms of Service Violation, in particular, doxxing, against the Defendant, dominax273.

Sentencing

[2] The Prosecution submitted no additional aggravating factors during the mitigation window.

[3] The defense maintained the innocence of the defendant, a strange position when the certification has already occurred.

Verdict

[4] The defendant is sentenced to a permanent ban (in line with ppatpat, ex parte State of SimDemocracy (Appellant) v keepbloxburgsafe [2025] SDSC 21 [5] and Reference re Length of Summary Bans [2020] SDSC 22 [48]) to a permanent ban from SimDemocracy and all its venues. The ban already executed is thereby certified. It is so ordered.
