JUDGMENT by Judge Benbookworm

[1] In the summary trial of SD v nolan0027 [2025] Crim 27, I find the defendant guilty on all three counts. I sentence him to one month on each count of second degree hate speech, and three months on the count of first degree hate speech.

[2] Since the Criminal Code Article 11 limits the maximum sentence in summary trials to one month, I modify the sentence for the first degree hate speech to one month, with the other two months of the sentence to be suspended. These sentences are to run concurrently based on contrition publicly shown by the defendant, and run from the time of arrest.

[3] Regarding the suspended additional two months: they will be served upon commission of any other crime that happens after this verdict and within three months from their latest arrest.

[4] I direct any further motions to be filed as an appeal, as my ruling is final.
