JUDGEMENT by Judge Britz
[1] The court sentences the defendant, spy6gagen_offical, to 160 one month bans. The court does this whilst considering the mitigating factors in the case, such as an early guilty plea and an attempt at remorse. The court believes that this ban, which is effectively 13 years, serves as a suitable punishment for the defendant’s actions.
[2] The court has not sentenced the defendant to 160 permanent bans considering that if done individually, virtually none of these actions would’ve constituted a permanent ban. Whilst the court understands the sheer amount of messages, quantity alone does not increase sentencing length up to the amount the prosecution wants.
