Preamble
Whereas VoD is stinky;
Whereas diplomacy can be better achieved with our sister nation without the previous accords;
Recognizing that no actual nuking will take place;
Providing a resolution and opening for future partnership.
Article 1 - Repeal
§1. The Sixth of November Accord shall hereby be repealed.
Article 2 - Implementation
§1. This Act shall enter effect, and all repeals enforced, upon passage by the Senate.
