Some Changes Amendment

Section 1: Changes<ref>Wording fixed in post (by adding verbs).</ref>

§1. The Executive Departments Act 2025, article 8, §2, shall be amended to include the following sub-clause:

   §2.2. The Treasury may enforce alterations to departments or government entities to ensure proper maintenance of payroll records and to ensure issuance of payroll. 

§2. The Executive Departments Act 2025, article 8, §3, shall be amended to include the following sub-clause:

   §3.1. The DoT may create, or create through the purchase or exporation of a private corporation, and manage government owned corporations. Furthermore, the DoT may transition these businesses into non-government or privately owned businesses.

§3. The Executive Departments Act 2025, article 8, §6, shall be amended to include the following sub-clause:

   §6.1. The DoT may take temporary ownership of the government accounts from another government entity in order to ensure compliance with the law, proper handling of the funds found within, and to ensure proper maintenance and issuance of payroll using said account. 

§4. The Rolling Budget Act of 2025, Article 7, §2, shall be amended to:

   §2. All departments must report the total of their budget surpluses at the end of the budget cycle they have to the Treasurer or Secretary of the Treasury. Furthermore, the secretary of the respective department, the treasurer, or the secretary of the treasury shall then send those surplus funds to the Government Reserve account.

Section 2: Implementation

§1. Comes into effect upon passage.
