PREAMBLE

WHEREAS it has become deeply saddening to go onto the subreddit and see how fucking dead it is,

WHEREAS we can solve that rather easily, at least so outsiders think shit is going on.

ARTICLE 1

§1. All Executive and Departmental orders issued by the Executive Branch shall be posted additionally to r/SimDemocracy. This requirement shall not apply to any order that is classified.

§1.1. A new subreddit post flair titled “Executive Orders” shall be created. All posts containing the above information shall use this flair.

§2. All state-sponsored events shall be publicized on r/SimDemocracy using the flair “Government Announcements.”

§3. All announcements, reports, or similar communications issued by any independent government agency shall be posted additionally to r/SimDemocracy using the flair “Government Announcements.” or any other appropriately descriptive flair. This requirement shall not apply to any communication that is classified.

§4. All approvals and vetoes of bills done by the President are to be posted in a condensed reddit post for each set of bills they sign and veto on a given day.

§4.1. A new subreddit post flair titled “Presidential Announcements” shall be created. All posts containing the above information or any other announcement from the President shall use this flair.

§5. All verdicts, opinions, writs, and certifications issued by the Judiciary shall be posted to r/SimDemocracy.

§5.1. A new subreddit post flair titled “Verdicts” shall be created. All judicial posts containing verdicts, opinions, writs, or certifications shall use this flair.

§6. All court filings, including but not limited to criminal and civil complaints, petitions for judicial review, requests for writs, and appeals, shall not be considered properly filed unless they are also posted to r/SimDemocracy using the flair “Legal Filings.”
