Preamble

'Whereas An expansion of the Supreme Court can lead to more varied opinions, an increase in the number of cases heard together, and more opportunities for new persons to be appointed to the Court,

THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS:

Article 1: Amendment

§1. Article 11, §1. of the Constitution of SimDemocracy is amended to read: “§1. The Supreme Court, composed of five (5) Justices, shall be the highest court and the final court of appeals of SimDemocracy.”
