Tau Zone Resolution - 001

Ratified by Tau Council on 17 September 2025.

Preamble

The Council of the Tau-Zone, with the consent of its constituents, and for the purposes of prosperity, cooperation, and goodwill, hereby ratifies Tau-Zone Resolution #001, which may so follow.

Article I - Recognition of the Commission

|1| Each member nation of the Tau-Zone shall create a role to identify members of the Tau-Zone Commission.

|1a| This role, “@Commissioner of the Tau-Zone,” shall be given to all three members of the Tau-Zone Commission.

|1b| If a member of the Tau-Zone Commission is not presently a member in a member server, this article shall not apply to that member in specific.

Article II - Recognition of the Council

|1| Each member Nation of the Tau-Zone shall create a role, entitled, “@Tau-Zone Representative”.

|1a| This role shall be given to the given member nation’s respective delegate to the Tau Council.

Article III - Accessibility of Announcements

|1| All member nations must create and maintain a channel entitled “tau-zone-announcements”.

|1a| This channel shall be designated for the sole purpose of relaying Tau-Zone Announcements.

|1b| This channel shall follow the #council-announcements and #commission-announcements channels of the Tau-Zone server.

|1c| This channel must be easily accessible to all verified, non-arrested citizens of the given member server.
