Passed by the Senate on 17 July 2025, and not vetoed by the President within 72 hours.

Taxes Will Be Implemented Shortly, But Should Start With A Clean Slate

Article 1: Tax Relief

§1. All tax debt owed to the government before July 14th, 2025, by its citizens is forgiven and is no longer owed.

§1.1. Any taxes already collected shall not be returned.

§2. Any interest, fines, or other fiscal consequences resulting from the tax debts owed to the government before July 14th, 2025, are forgiven and no longer owed.

§2.1. Any interest, fines, or tau paid to cover those fiscal consequences will not be returned.

§3. Tax cycles shall be considered to begin on July 14th.

Article 2: Implementation

This act shall come into effect upon passage.
