Tricky Wicky and Warranted Warrants Amendment

Preamble

Whereas there is currently no provision in the Constitution allowing for Wick to mute people,

Whereas there is currently no provision in the Constitution allowing for arrests,

I, Justice Ivy Cactus NC, hereby propose the following amendment to the Constitution.

Section 1: Amendment

§1. Article 19 of the Constitution, Liberty and Security of the Person, shall be amended to include the following text:

Ҥ2.5. The lawful suppression, detention, mute, or arrest for the purposes of bringing a person before a competent court to preside over a criminal trial.

§2.6. The lawful suppression, detention, mute, or arrest by a designated Security Bot as prescribed by law.”

§2. This Amendment may also be referenced as the TWWWA, T3WA, or TW3A. When spoken out loud the following: “T “Tri-dubs” A”, “T “triple-dubs” A”, and the “Twa wa wa ah” are also acceptable.

§1. Wick is designated as the Security Bot for SimDemocracy.
