Preamble

An Act to require the display of Discord usernames in ballots.

Voter Rights (Amendment) Act

Article 1: Amendments

§1. The Voter Rights Act 2023 is amended by –

§1.1. Inserting, after Article 5, a new Article 6, which shall read:

Article 6: Mandatory Ballot Provisions

§1. A ballot is to contain –

(a) The Reddit username of each accepted candidate;

(b) Where possible, the Discord username of each accepted candidate; and,

(c) The Call for Candidates Statement of each accepted candidate.”

§1.2. Increasing the number of each Article after the new Article 6 by 1, such that Article 8 – Interpretation and severability becomes Article 9 – Interpretation and severability.
