EO 140-02 Vice Presidential Actions

Whereas The President may delegate his duties at his pleasure;

Whereas The President and Vice President must work in tandem in the most efficient and effective way possible;

Whereas The Vice President is trusted to do his job right;

Whereas The second time’s the charm

§1. The Vice President may issue Vice Presidential Actions that hold the same power as the President to those affected.

§2. The Vice Presidential Action is second in authority and implementation to the President's Executive Orders and the law.

§3. The Vice Presidential Action cannot cause major changes like, but not limited to, ending or creating departments or firing director or deputy directors of departments.

§4. A separate channel called "Vice Presidential Actions" shall be created by the Discord Supervisor.
