EO 140-12 Reorganization of the Executive Office

Whereas Vice Presidential Actions are going away,

Whereas Vice Presidential Actions are no longer necessary to enable the executive to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to the Vice President,

Whereas advisors shall be centralized under the President,

Whereas the Vice President requested the Vice President's Actions be retired,

§1. VPA 141-01 Vice Presidential Staff and EO 140-02 shall be repealed.

§2. The "Board of Advisors" shall be reestablished under the office of the President, and a role of the same name shall be created for its members.

§2.1 The "Board of Advisors" shall include the Vice President and any number of additional advisors the president requires.

§2.2 The members of the board of advisors shall be paid on the 4th pay grade. However, the Vice President shall not receive additional pay for being on this advisory board.

§2.3 The members of the "Board of Advisors" under the VPA 141-01 Vice Presidential Staff shall be brought over to serve on the reestablished President's "Board of Advisors".

§3. All persons employed under this EO shall be listed under this post with their name and position.

§4. The "Vice President Executive Orders" channel shall be archived
