WHEREAS SimDemocracy needs a leader for those lesbians.
§1. The role “Director of Lesbians” shall be created.
§2. This role shall be purely cosmetic.
§3. The President shall have the authority to appoint a Director of Lesbians if there is a vacancy in the role.
