EO 167-04 Lyoko's Role Cleanup 2: Electric Boogaloo

Whereas we have too many roles
Whereas the joke of some of these roles has long been lost
Whereas @doc.cortex asked me to do this

§1. EO 144-10, which was originally repealed by EO 146-04, but reinstated by EO 147-07, is hereby repealed again and the Gregg's Steak Bake role shall be deleted

§2. EO 147-04 shall be repealed and the SBDI Director and SBDI roles shall be deleted

§3. Director of Lesbians role shall be deleted (I cant find any EO that establishes it, but if there is one, its repealed)

Archives note: the relevant EO is EO 141-02 Director of Lesbians

§4. Being that i cannot find a statutory basis for the Senate Committees, and being that we don't ever seem to use them, the Senate Committee Chair, Economy Committee Access, Security Committee Access, Constitutional Committee Access, and Oversight & Regulatory Committee Access shall be deleted (Unless there is some sort of statutory basis for their creation and maintenance)

§5. Being that the Ducks role is no longer governed by any statute, and no EO, this role too shall be deleted.
