Whereas a strong and reliable national security system is required for our nation;

Whereas it has been shown reform is needed in this department not only for operations, but to regain the public trust;

Whereas A team of leaders and experts should be in charge of this project;


§1 The Director of the OHS shall serve as the head of this Committee.

§2 The Director will work closely alongside the Vice President on this project.

§3 The Attorney General and SDBI Director are authorized to assist in this Committee as needed.

§4 The Director may appoint up to five (5) Legal Advisors for this Committee.

§4.1 Any Legal Advisor appointed by the Director of the OHS shall be listed under this EO.

§5 The Vice President and OHS Director shall give daily updates to the President on reform progress and consensus made by the Committee.

§6 This Committee will not be disbanded until the President has seen sufficient reforms to indicate the OHS is ready to perform its duties to the highest standard possible.

§7 A public summary of reforms, with redactions made by the OHS Director and President if needed, shall be released to the public no later than seven (7) days following the disbanding of the Committee.

§8 A channel titled "OHS Reform Committee" will be created in the Executive category for discussions to be held between the members of the committee.
