Whereas EO 149-16 likely violates the National Holidays Act 2025 and may not be legal,

Whereas EO 139-15 has been codified,

§1. EO 152-06 shall be repealed.

§2. EO 149-16 shall be repealed.

§3. EO 114-01 shall be repealed.

§4. EO 139-15 shall be repealed.

§5. EO 152-07 shall be repealed.
