To expand SimDemocracy’s economic reach and establish inter-server free trade, the Tau Zone shall be extended beyond SimDem’s borders into allied and strategically selected external servers,

Article 1: Establishment of Inter-Server Tau Zone

§1. The Tau Zone shall be formally recognized as a multi-server free economic area, under the authority of the Treasury of SimDemocracy.

§2. Servers admitted to the Tau Zone shall gain:

§2.1. Access to SimDem’s financial institutions and currency exchange,

§2.2. Legal rights to host SimDem-registered businesses within designated “Tau Hubs”,

§2.3. Reciprocal access for SimDem businesses into their markets.

Article 2: Governance

§1. A Tau Zone Commission (TZC) is hereby created under Treasury, tasked with managing inter-server Tau operations.

§1.1. This Comission shall be lead by the High Commissioner of the Tau Zone.

§1.2. Members of such comission shall be the SecTres, SecTech, SecState and the High Commissioner of the Tau Zone.

§2. The Commission shall negotiate with server governments and communities regarding participation, regulatory standards, and revenue-sharing models.
