Whereas idk why this isn't already a thing,
§1. A channel named #EO-suggestions shall be created.
§2. It shall be in forum format.
§3. It shall be used by the people to suggest EOs to the president.
§4. The author of the EO shall recieve a sum of 100 tau if the president decides to implement their EO.
