Whereas we cannot always wait for an SDBI agent at the border,
§1. Agents of the Office of Homeland Security shall now have the necessary permissions to mute users at the border.
§2. OHS agents may have the same ability as the SDBI to mute individuals at the SimDem border without verification to enter the rest of the server if they’ve committed a crime deserving of it, as regulated by existing law.
§3. Any OHS agent looking to mute must follow all proper procedure per the law and receive judiciary approval.
