EO 160-05 Reddit Enforcement Officers

Whereas it is imperative that the Subreddit Utilization Act 2026 be enforced uniformly and effectively;

§1. A new position shall be created under the Office of the President, called a Reddit Enforcement Officer (REO).

§2. An REO shall have the authority to enforce the Subreddit Utilization Act 2026 (SUA) by issuing reminders to anyone who forgets to adhere to the SUA's provisions.

§3. Shall someone not comply with the SUA in a timely manner, despite receiving a reminder from an REO, an REO may refer the matter to the SDIOA, DoJ, or SDBA Ethics Committee, depending on the scope of the material in question.
