WHEREAS FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

§1. The Department of Justice is directed to prepare enforcement of In re Fair Use of Alternate Accounts Act [2026] SDSC 1.

§2. The DoJ shall not unban any accounts related to the outcome of this verdict until Tuesday, March 17th, 2026. An exception shall apply to the unbanning of pizzaeater, as stated in the verdict.

§3. The Attorney General shall appoint employees of the DoJ to work on identifying which accounts are to be unbanned from SimDem, and to compile a list of usernames, user IDs, and the date of the initial ban for each account in a spreadsheet.

§4. The Attorney General shall also appoint employees of the DoJ to attempt to work with the Senate on writing and passing legislation and constitutional amendments that shall remedy the new hole poked in our justice system by the new verdict.
