Whereas: The Minecraft executive can be expanded to more effectively accomplish its responsibilities.

§1. The Event Organizer position will be created and tasked with planning, advertising, and facilitating events on the Minecraft server.

§2. The Senate Liaison position will be created and tasked with keeping the Governor informed of developments in the senate that will impact the Minecraft server.

§2. The Head of Infrastructure Maintenance position will be created and tasked with maintaining and updating public infrastructure in accordance with the Minecraft Governor Responsibilities Act.

<ref>Added with MC EO 004-02 Player Registry issued on 7 May 2025</ref>§4. The Secretary of Player Registration position will be created and tasked with maintaining and updating a public registry of all players on the server in accordance with the Minecraft Legislative Establishment Act (MLEA).

§4.1. This registry shall also specify whether the Minecraft username is for Bedrock Edition (including console versions) or Java Edition.

§5. The Governor shall be in charge of filling all positions listed above.

§5.1. The Governor may delegate this responsibility as they see fit.
