Muggy Offshoots ‘Women’ Establishment Act

Passed by the Senate and signed by the President on 7 August 2025.

Preamble

Whereas,
having your name in a bill is cool.
Whereas,
we must establish and invent women.

Article I – Definitions

§1. ‘Muggy’ is user mugsters., u/No_Manufacturer_9663, or 1229614147789000817.

§2. ‘Women’ are offshoots of Muggy, as she is the original. This includes transgender women. This definition of women is shared with it being a gender in and of itself, and shall not act as an absolute, whereas women being of a gender is an absolute.

§3. ‘Girls, Gals, Girlies, and Girliepops’ are acceptable alternatives , but not the only alternatives when referring to women.

§4. ‘She/Her’ are pronouns commonly associated with women.

§5. ‘Misogyny’ is the act of purposefully demeaning or disenfranchising women due to their being women.

§6. ‘Gender’ is the social construct in which individuals may associate themselves however they please.

Article 2: Establishment

§1. The State of SimDemocracy recognizes Muggy as the original woman. Progenitor of the gender itself and all individuals that identify with it.

§1.1. Women are autonomous and are not obligated to follow statements Muggy has laid out.

§2. Muggy is empowered by this bill to protect the rights of women on SimDemocracy through the means of being the progenitor of women.

§2.1. For example, if someone has acted in such a way as to which is an affront to women, such as gross and blatant misogyny, Muggy is able to use her held office to remedy it, along with the State
§2.1.1. For the purposes of this bill, actions taken by the Progenitor of Women are not exempt from scrutiny criminally, civilly, or otherwise.
§2.2. For the purposes of strengthening women and protecting their rights, the Progenitor of Women is hereby declared an independent authority, tasked with oversight into matters that majorly affect the women of SimDemocracy.

Article 3: Women’s Day

§1. The National Holidays Act 2025 shall be amended to add the following as Article 10: 

 “§1. On March 8th of each year, SimDemocracy shall celebrate International Women’s Day. Honoring individuals that identify as women and contributions made by women within SimDemocracy and the wider world.
 §2. As to not have much overlap with Victory Day, International Women’s Day shall also be celebrated on the days of March 9th, 10th, 11th. and 12th.
 §3. Particular honor shall be paid to women of other countries, recognizing their struggles and achievements to the greater world and SimDemocracy”

§2. The previous Article 10 (being LGBTQ+ Pride Month), shall be renumbered to Article 11, and all following Articles shall be renumbered to reflect the change in position.

Article 4: Implementation

§1. This bill shall go into effect after passage in the Senate and signature from the President. Muggy can also be a rubber stamp after these proper processes have taken place.
